        ADDITION TO THE $2,956,000 LOAN HERETOFORE APPROVED BY THE
        AUTHORITY), FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING
       THROUGH  RURAL UTILITIES SERVICE, FORMERLY KNOWN AS FARMERS HOME  
       ADMINISTRATION (THE “GOVERNMENT”); AND CONTAINING OTHER
       PROVISIONS RELATING THERETO.

14.. 1.    DETERMINATION OF QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER.
2.    CONSIDER AND TAKE ACTION WITH RESPECT TO A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING THROUGH RURAL UTILITIES SERVICE, FORMERLY KNOWN AS FARMERS HOME ADMINISTRATION, TO MAKE A LOAN IN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $251,000 (IN ADDITION TO THE $2,956,000 LOAN HERETOFORE APPROVED BY THE AUTHORITY); APPROVING THE LOAN RESOLUTION SECURITY AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING ITS EXECUTION; APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A NOTE IN THE AMOUNT OF $251,000 (IN ADDITION TO THE $2,956,000 NOTE HERETOFORE APPROVED BY THE AUTHORITY), SECURED BY A REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE AND AUTHORIZING ITS EXECUTION; RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING WATER RATES; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF ATTORNEY AND ENGINEER FEES AND EXPENSES; AND CONTAINING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO.
